Free Initial Consultation Every enquiry starts with a free telephone consultation. In many cases, I can identify a solution right there on the call. If a visit is needed, a service fee will apply — this covers my time regardless of the outcome, as technology doesn’t always behave as expected!
On-Site Visits All visits are subject to a minimum one-hour charge. I’ll give you a time estimate during our initial call, but if more time is needed, I’ll always agree any additional time with you before proceeding — no unexpected charges.
